How far from my wedding do I need to book calligraphy?

Booking calligraphy when your order your invitations is always a good idea! My schedule does fill up so booking far in advance is best to secure your date and avoid any rush fees.

How long will my order take?

Typically it takes 3-4 weeks for envelope orders, during the peak season the turnaround time can be longer. Keep in mind if I am addressing your invitations those need to go out at least 8 weeks before your big day which means I would need the envelopes at least 4 weeks before that, even earlier if you are out of state.

Do you work with clients outside of Texas?

Yes, of course! Many of my clients are in Texas, but I am happy to work with you regardless of where you are! I have worked with clients from Florida all the way to clients from Massachusetts. Shoot me an email over on my contact page and I will be happy to speak with you about your specific needs!

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, rush orders are available for an added fee.

How many envelopes do you need?

To account for mishaps and flaws an 15% extra envelopes is required. For example, if you are sending out 100 invitations I would need 115 envelopes to complete the order.

Do you provide the envelopes and paper for my order?

If I am calligraphing your invitation envelopes then typically you will provide those, so they can match your suite.

If I am calligraphing your place cards, wedding day signage or any other sort of special calligraphy I will source those for you, to save you the headache. I can write on just about anything so the sky is the limit!

When is payment due for my order?

A $100 retainer is due at the time of booking to hold your spot for your date. If you are booking within 3 weeks, a 50% retainer is due at the time of booking.

Can you match the font on my invitation?

Yes, font matching is available. I will need the name of the font used on your invitation.
